A typical collaboration includes:

  • Regular calls and/or meetings: weekly phone or video calls to discuss the marketing plan and its components.
  • Team leadership: managing and collaborating with an existing internal marketing team or assisting in hiring talent if/when needed.
  • Minimum one month collaboration: to ensure an in-depth assessment of needs and generating an effective strategy. 
  • 6-month or 12-month strategy: depending on client needs, the marketing strategy may cover up to a year.

  • Clear and effective presentations: to the C-suite, Board of Directors or potential investors.

  • In-depth analysis of existing data, benchmarks, and internal documents as well as available market data, trends, competitors, and case studies.

  • Creating an actionable and effective marketing plan tailored to specific goals and KPIs.

  • Assisting with precise cost and timeline estimates of strategy components and any required roles.

  • Creating a well-designed strategy document and presenting the plan to the company’s C-suite, Board, and/or potential investors.

  • Implementing, monitoring and optimizing the marketing plan for as long as required by the Client.
